Our apartments have been awarded with the Domus Bonus Certificate for Best Quality Accommodation in Istria for more than a decade.

This very large and comfortably equipped apartment is ideally located for a relaxing holiday. It is situated just 5 min walk from the most beautiful beaches of Pula and 15 min walk from the major attractions of the city center (you would prefere to avoid going by car to the city center during summer as there is never parking available).

The spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, is ideal for families as well as for bigger groups, and has been tastefully furnished with your home comforts and requirements in mind. The beautiful garden features a swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, several sun-beds, umbrellas and barbecue facilities, while surrounded by greenery. You will also have a large terrace with dining table by the Swimming Pool ( + 1 additional smaller terrace with table and 1 balcony).

If you are arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces free of charge in the immediate surroundings of the house!

The apartment includes all the comforts you need, such as 2 Air-conditioning units, satellite TV, Free wireless Internet Access, Washing Machine. All the extra expenses are already included in this price: tourist taxes, utilities, Wi-Fi, use of washing machine,

Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival which are changed weekly for longer stays.

OUR HOUSE:

Our guests come from all around the world. Some of them keep coming to our house for more than a decade.

House is situated in a quiet and safe residential area of the city of Pula, just 5 minutes walk from the Lungomare beach and promenade and 15 min walk from the city center.

In the immediate surroundings of the house, you will find plenty of local restaurants to choose from, grocery shops, a post office, a bank and a medical center….An ideal location for a relaxing holiday!

Out property includes three self-catering apartments equipped to a very high standard and surrounded by greenery.

Each spacious apartment has its own private entrance and a large terrace.

The beautiful garden rich in Istrian plantings such as lavender, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint, mandarine and lemon trees etc. invites guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun. This one features a swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, several sun-beds, umbrellas and barbecue facilities.

One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment).

If you are coming to Pula by plane, the airport is only 7 km from Hermanni House!

“Awesome”

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The owners live on-site and are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The apartment has the use of a shared pool, which is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with two supermarkets within a 10-minute walk and the beach only a 15-minute walk away. There are also three good restaurants within easy walking distance. The centre of Pula and its Roman architecture is only a 20-minute walk away. With the airport only a 20 minute taxi ride from the apartment - we found that the apartment was an awesome place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
