This is a beachfront corner 1 bedroom apartment, recently refurbished with high standards. Separate kitchen with sea views and bathroom with large walk in shower.

1st floor, East facing terrace with nice views to the sea and mature tropical gardens.

2 single beds that can be converted into a superking size and a sofa bed in lounge. Recently refurbished with top qualities. Wonderful sea views, tropical gardens and pools. 1st floor, 2 terraces, south east facing, fully fitted and equipped. fully air conditioned. WIFI.

Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.

Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

we're on site 8am to 8pm and there is a 24 hours reception for any emergency

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.

The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

From the airport you can catch a bus (ask me for the timetable, as it varies throughout the year), a taxi or order a transfer (ask me for the details). If you decide to rent a car you may consider renting a parking space near Skol from 50€ per week, I'll provide direction to Skol and to the parking place.

“We loved apart bit too expensive for one bed apartment”
