THE POOL WILL REOPEN ON 4/29/21!!!!

Completely remodeled, inside and out for the 2014 season! This is a wonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath home.The living area is open and roomy. The new 46' TV is perfect for nighttime entertainment. The master has a king size bed, private bath and TV. The guest rooms have a queen and the other two sets of twin bunk beds. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 8 people. It is pet friendly and smoking is permitted outside only. The kitchen is completely furnished with a blender, toaster, coffee maker and everything you will need to cook a complete meal. This is a gated complex and has a nice boardwalk to the beach.

This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $10.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
