The apartment is located in the attic of the former brewery court to Trappen and is ideal for two people. It is comfortable and cozy furnishings and is centrally located near the market. The vicarage has little traffic. Your car can be parked in the public parking area in front of the house. Take advantage of the large garden and enjoy your breakfast or the evening in a quiet and in the countryside, but still within the city.

Response from the owner Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Tatsächlich ist es den meisten Feriengästen nicht bewußt, daß bei Ferienwohnungen der Mietvertrag bereits telefonisch zustande kommt. Dies setzt Einigkeit über den Termin, die Kosten und die Lokation vorraus. Das war bei unserem Vertrag der Fall und dieses Vertragsverständnis hatte ich Ihnen bereits in unserem ersten Telefonat mitgeteilt und bestätigt. Mir war nicht bewußt, daß Sie auf die zusätzliche Buchungsbestätigung beharren.Ich war 14 Tage aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in der Lage, die Bestätigung zu schicken. Sie haben dann einseitig den geschlossenen Vertrag gekündigt, nachdem ich Ihnen die Bestätigung zukommen lassen habe. Auf die Stornierungskosten habe ich verzichtet. Ich hoffe, Sie hatten trotzdessen eine gute Nacht in Arnstadt und konnten die Schönheiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Arnstadt erleben. MfG Tittelbach-Helmrich

Response from the owner Vielen Dank für diese gute Bewertung. Es ist aber tatsächlich ideal für Kinder, aus dem rückwärtigen Mauerpförtchen zu entschwinden und der Hohen Mauer folgend in zwei Minuten auf dem Abenteuerspielplatz zu sein. Die Rutsche dort ist bei meinen Beiden der HIT!

Response from the owner Hallo, Sie meinen vielleicht die Friedenseiche auf dem Pfarrhof: Direkt neben der Oberkirche in Arnstadt befindet sich eine mehr als 150 Jahre alte Eiche. Sie wurde am 19. Oktober 1863 gesetzt. Anlass war der 50. Jahrestag der Völkerschlacht bei Leipzig. Heute ist die Eiche zu beträchtlicher Größe angewachsen und stellt einen natürlichen und schönen Punkte in der Altstadt dar. MfG Tittelbach-Helmrich
