Weekly rental runs Sunday-Sunday. Overlooking scenic Hens Cove, this 2 bedroom cottage has everything a Cape Cod vacation should offer. Three walls of 4' windows offer a panoramic view of harbor and two beaches. Fall asleep listening to the clanging of boat stays . Newer appliances - microwave, shower stall, patio furniture and grill. Sleeps 6 with two bedrooms, sunroom with 2 beds, a queen size pull out couch in Living Room, 1 l/2 baths, outdoor shower stall and all located in a neighborhood right out of Yankee magazine. Five minute walk to public beach- 2 minutes to small private beach perfect for children or private bathing. Walk, jog or bike ride along the one mile dead end road that winds around the cove. Perfect for children. Golf, ferries to Martha's Vineyard and the Islands and fresh water swimming all within a 15 min. Free wifi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
