Description

Cosy and bright flat for rent in the heart of Budapest.

The apartment has 35 sm, has a bedroom, a living room,a bathroom and a kitchen. The flat is on the top floor (we have an elevator), so its pretty sunny.

The rooms are nice, comfortable.
The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa which could be turned to a bed in case its necessary.

The flat has newly renowated kitchen, where you can make your breakfast, tea or cafe anytime, or even cook a small meal if you feel like.
There is a bathroom and and a toilet .

We are providing sheets, towels and you also find wifi in the flat if you have your own laptop or mobile phone to connect.

As for us, we are a couple Emoke and Juan, just moved back from to Budapest from Barcelona , me (Emoke) working in the field of illustrations and graphic design,Juan is building bikes from antique materials. We are calm and relaxed people and the house has the same atmosphere we try to maintain it so if you looking for party place you have to look for another apartment.

The flat is situated one of the best area of Pest. Its close to the very very center with its always alive blusting lifestile, but also few steps and there is the river Danube with its calm ambient. There is few corners the famous Vásár Csarnok which is a huge market,with fresh vegetables and authentic Hungarian specialities.
The Ráday walking street is nearby, between the streets you find small parks with nice cafeterias.
The closest metro stop is like 4min walk, there is a tram at the end of the street which can take you to the Buda side.
Keep walking along the bank of the Danube, in 15 minutes you find the building of the Parliament. 5 minutes walk you are at Deák Square, a very centric point of the Pest side.
Meanwhile crossing the bridge, you arrive to the precious Buda side, which is unique of its nice ambient and tiny streets and its architecture.

Prior to booking,please send a message with a short presentation of yourselves, what you do, for how long are you coming. Just a few words, that you would like to know from a stranger that you were about to take to your home.

For special holidays(Christmas, Eastern, New Years...)we have different prices please inform previously.

“Nice little convenient box”

We had a blast in budapest, nice owner. The place is just big enough for two people, all things are there. Basic but super nice for a relaxed city trip.
