Eco Luxury Villa is a beautiful and very spacious 2 bedroom detached family / friends size villa, 200m2, with private walled & gated garden, shaded dining hut, shaded daybed, hammock, BBQ, music dock & safe. Price includes exclusive use of a Toyota hybrid car throughout your stay.

Eco Friendly Villa set in the peaceful setting of Finca De Arrieta, ideal for a family holiday to get away from it all, unwind relax and enjoy your holiday. Finca De Arrieta eco village has many free facilities these include; WIFI in chill out lounge, “off grid living”, solar heated pool 13m x 2.5m, shaded daybed, laundry area, honesty shop, books / toys, children’s play park, giant chess, fresh eggs from the hen-house & ping-pong.

Optional extras; meals delivered, baby sitting, walking tours, discount tickets, farmers grocery box, pack & go cleaning service, beach towel hire, Möet & chocolates, special occasion cakes & sports massage

When staying at the eco village you are just 300 meters walk along the track to Arrieta's sandy beach which is great for swimming and surfing. You can also enjoy a meal at one of the seafront restaurants, have a mojito at the beach bar or wander into the quaint traditional whitewashed fishing village.

This spacious family size villa sleeps up to 6 guests, designed using wooden/stone flooring and traditional stone walls. The villa has been tastefully furnished with influences from Morocco and Indonesia giving it an luxurious, exotic feel. There are mature gardens which include fruit trees & bushes such as Mango, Banana, Guava & Lime (a bonus if you are here at the right season!)

The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells, the house is in fact a fully restored Aljibe 'Water Deposit' and has been styled using local volcanic stone and wood. It has impeccable green credentials as everything is efficiently powered by solar and wind energy. Arrieta village is within walking distance and has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village, with plenty of restaurants serving local cuisine and fresh seafood, supermarkets, bakers & sea front tapas bars. A wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote.

How do damage deposits work?
