A comfortable double 'boutique' room with a King size bed in a brand new spacious townhouse in Ulriksdal, just six minutes by commuter train from the Stockholm city center and near the Royal Haga Park, the Royal Ulriksdal castle and park, the Friends Arena. Mall of Scandinavia and Ulriksdal golf course. Your private modern bathroom and access to kitchen, dining area, two outside patios and your own bathroom. Free Wifi and free parking bay.

There is a second bedroom available, with a sleeper couch.

Decorated and furnished by famous Swedish interior designer Lena Nyholm, this is modern, comfortable and affordable ‘boutique’ accommodation at its best. Everything is new. The room has a King size bed, cable TV and wardrobes and is located in Pete's new and trendy townhouse in Ulriksdal, just outside the center of Stockholm with excellent access to both the city, two of the biggest parks in Stockholm, and a golf course. Get the best of city life and the Swedish nature!

Guests have access to the kitchen, dining area, two outside patios (front and back), their own bathroom, and their own free parking bay if they wish. Free fast WiFi.

Ulriksdal is a lush, quiet and safe neighbourhood just outside Stockholm's city centre, with Stockholm's only major park, the Royal Haga Park. There is excellent access by foot to both the Royal Haga Park and the Royal Ulriksdal Castle by the lake (also with a park, concerts and restaurants). You can even walk into the city through the park (one hour). Excellent for walking, hiking or jogging and even golf - the Ulriksdal golf course is just a few hundreds meters away. Within walking distance from Friends Arena (concerts), Mall of Scandinavia (Sweden's largest shopping mall) and Kista Science city. Excellent public transport.

The townhouse is just 25 minutes by commuter train from Arlanda airport and another six minutes to the city centre. The Ulriksdal station is four minutes’ walk from the townhouse. There is dedicated free parking bay for guests travelling by car. The Haga Park and Ulriksdal Castle can easily be reached by foot.

There is a second bedroom with a sleeper couch (sleeps two).

Please no pets and no smoking. No outside guests. The main bedroom accomodates two adults but no children. Feel at home but please treat the house as you would your own!
