Description

Beautifully arranged flat due to its design and attractive position offers pure indulgence and relaxation. With fine views over the sea, St Ante's Canal, St Mihovil's fortress and the Old city, it creates the true mediterranean atmosphere.

It's a split-level flat, 150m2 in size, arranged to 'open space' concept. The kitchen, dining room, living room and the balcony make one spacious whole. The space is fully air-contioned as well as three bedrooms with breathtaking views over the sea. The bedrooms have big french windows opening on to balconies. There are also two spacious bathrooms. The city beach Banj, which is thanks to the high quality and purity of the sea water awarded with the Blue flag, is only two minutes walk away. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool nearby. It takes only five minutes walk to get to the Old city.

Numerous musical events during the summer (International Children's Festival , music festivals and concerts), traditional local celebrations, two national parks – Krka waterfalls and Kornati islands together with The Medieval Fair in September, make Šibenik one of the top destinations you must visit in Croatia.

The shops and the restaurants offering variety of meat and fish specialities are all nearby. The location is almost all day sunny and the walks along the coast are breathtaking. If you are looking for rest and relaxation with your family or friends then you should visit us.

The property owners who lived in a separate ground floor apartment were found to be very helpful and friendly. We could not fault the apartment it was immaculately clean and very well provided. My only possible suggestion however is that as the apartment was set over three floors maybe there could be more mirrors available other than the two bathroom mirrors. Perhaps one in each bedroom although they did have a very large one on the ground floor. Also the larger bedroom had a relatively small wardrobe and we thought it could have been a little larger for a couple. Regardless of the above I would rate this apartment as 5 star. Excellent the best so far.
