DESCRIPTION:

This spacious air conditioned 9 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house is available year-round. This house is strictly no smoking & no pets. Our house is child friendly & includes a baby gate, crib, pack n play, booster seat & high chair. Each bedroom has a fan and a CD player / dual alarm clock. Outside there is parking for six cars, a landscaped front yard and a small back yard adjacent to the brook. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $500 is required.

GARDEN LEVEL (remodeled 2016):

The lower level has double sliding doors to the back yard & brook off of a large open living area / game room (air hockey & pool table w/ping-pong topper, foosball & darts), central fireplace viewable from all sides, wet bar. Other rooms on this level include laundry room, dry sauna, TV room, twin bedroom & full bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:

Large double wooden doors open off of the front entry porch into the main living area. This level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, central fireplace viewable from all sides, king master bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom & a large covered back deck.

SECOND FLOOR:

The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom & full bathroom.

You will need a car to get to our house, and to many of the area attractions. We are walking distance to Mount Cranmore and to North Conway center..

You are welcome to call, text or email us with any questions prior to and during your stay. Although we do not live in North Conway (we are 2 hours south), we have a handyman and house cleaner who can stop in if you need anything.
