We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, 9 miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a 100 yards from the house.
We personally selected this home because of its privacy (no other properties overlooking you in the pool), its wonderful views and extra large garden.
The house is furnished to high standards and is ideal for two families to share with its two en-suites.
Fully Airconditioned. We now have free high speed wireless internet access.
POOL and SPA/Hot tub overlooks the conservation area and not other villas.
Large fully screened lanai and paved pool deck which has a removable child protection fence around the optionally heated pool.
We have invested in an extension to the pool deck to ensure all day sunshine and a spa so that our guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury whilst relaxing in the sun.
The pool deck is fitted with lighted ceiling fans, for those balmy evenings, sun loungers and table and chairs.
FORMAL DINING AREA, seating 6.
The NOOK,idyllic area for quick and casual meals.
LIVING ROOM, with a sofa bed, two-seater sofa, armchair, and coffee table and looks over the pool.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all modern facilities, telephone with free local calls, To the side of the kitchen is the utility room with washing and drying facilities.
THE FAMILY ROOM is fully carpeted and equipped with an entertainment centre, comprising a 50 inch HD TV, DVD/VCR player, and a CD/radio.
THE FIRST MASTER BEDROOM has a HD LED TV, large luxury pillow top King size bed, private pool access,en suite bathroom,with extra-large shower, his-and-hers vanity units, Roman tub, and separate toilet.
THE SECOND MASTER BEDROOM has a large luxury pillow top Queen size bed,cable HD LED TV, en suite and private pool access.
THERE ARE TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS, with twin beds. HD LED TV's and share an adjacent bathroom.
There is also a High chair, stroller and travel cot with linen.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for writing this fabulous review, we are happy that you had a great time in the house. The issue with the heating has been resolved, it was the manufactures default temperature set too low, we have now increased it so you can set it so the house to a lovely hot temperature, if the weather gets unusually really cold again. As it was really cold during your stay, it did take much longer than usual to heat the spa, however most homes with the standard electric heaters would not work at all in low temperatures at all.
