March of 2019 bed in 2nd bedroom was replaced along with the box springs on the twin beds. No more squeaking beds! The dining room table was also replaced.We had a Lanai added to the back porch and all new Tile installedJuly 2008.New Living Room Furniture with a sleeper sofa was added May 2016 along with a king size bed to the master bedroom. The other beds were replaced May 2011. Within 18-35 miles of all the attractions, but you might not want to leave this resort. Disney 32 miles away Universal 35 Sea World 31 [This is by far the best!!!! Must See] LEGOLAND 18.5. Outlet stores are 20 miles away. 2 Full size Pools [1 heated 1 non they are open from sunrise to sunset], heated spa, Lighted Basketball and Tennis courts, Work out room. The resort is right on a lake [Lake Marion], there is Fishing and boating. The family will have a blast. Not only is this a great place fore the kids, Mom and Dad need a break for themselves just as well. Maybe it's that perfect weekend get away? There were issues recently while the management changed over from a guard at the gate to an electronic system. As of March 2017 all of the problems have been ironed out! Sorry for the issues during the change over!

Wireless service in the house along with wifi. Free phone calls anywhere in the USA and Canada.

There is a private driveway that fits one car. If you bring additional cars please park them over at the clubhouse. There are additional parking spaces [right by the pool] and only a short walk over to the house.

We have our usual snow birds there from now until April and I'm sure they will have it up and running during their stay. I will upgrade the TV the next time I come looks like someone is renting the place from the beginning of June until the end of the year so I might be able to squeeze in this year. If not I'll take care of it in 2017.
