ONLY 15 MINUTES TO DISNEY
Our spacious villa with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is fully air conditioned,and is located on an elevated corner plot.Facing in a south westerly direction its heated pool and screened deck area with lots of pool furniture is in the sun almost all day but we do provide a fitted gazebo to provide shade if you require it.Ideal for resting after a long and hot day at the parks!!
If you're still feeling energetic join in the fun in our GAMES ROOM with pool, fuss all, air hockey and table tennis tables and magnetic darts with all equipment provided.
The FORMAL LIVING / DINING ROOM is our quiet room which is furnished to a high standard. There is a separate dining area to one side of the formal living room.
The KITCHEN contains a separate breakfast nook with a high table and four chairs and a breakfast bar with two stools, and is fully equipped.
The large FAMILY ROOM looks out onto the pool area and features a 40 inch Flat Screen LCD digital HD-TV with cable access, a DVD player and a Stereo Audio system with MP3 player connection. It is fully furnished to a very high and yet comfortable standard. The full size cabinet contains a selection of DVDs,CDs , books, puzzles and board games for your entertainment. Located near the breakfast bar is the high speed wireless internet access, there is also a wired connection if required.Wi-Fi and phone calls within the US and Canada are free of charge.
MASTER BEDROOM 1. The Master Bedroom includes a high queen sized bed with twin night stands, dressing table, telephone, Cable TV with a combined DVD player, a large double wardrobe with safe, and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom comprises of his and hers sinks, a WC, a separate bath and walk in shower.
MASTER BEDROOM 2. The second Master Bedroom features a full sized bed with twin night stands and dressing table, a ceiling fan, a cable TV with a separate DVD player and a large double wardrobe with a portable safe. Although not en suite to the second master, this room has its own bathroom only a few steps away comprises single sink, WC, and walk in shower.
TWIN ROOMS 1& 2.Twin room 1 features a cable TV,twin beds, a night stand, chest of drawers and a large double wardrobe, themed in a Winnie the Pooh style. Twin room 2 featuring twin beds, a night stand, dressing table, a cgable TV, a Playstation 2 and a large double wardrobe.Twin 1 and 2 share a bathroom that is situated between the two rooms is comprises a single sink, WC, bath with over the bath shower.
UTILITY ROOM. contains a full size washing machine, tumble dryer.
Iron & ironing board, all towels and linens are provided Please note there are separate towels provided for the pool area.
Our villa is managed by an excellent and friendly on site management team. We will provide if required and free of charge a highchair, cot and cot bedding and stroller at no extra charge.
