House for up to 12 pax,2 km from beaches,2km to Medulin,12km to Pula.
One of the oldest houses in Liznjan, was originally the first school in the village, later there were living local residents, and now this old lady is completely renovated and equipped to be your perfect holiday home.
At your disposal are sunbathing terrace with bubble spa and sea view,yard with barbecue.

If you are looking for peaceful house location but still near beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, lot of events and historical sightseeing, good hospitality, full privacy, this house can provide you with that and even more.
The house has its role in the history of the village, you will find out more about it when you come. ;)
In the old part of Ližnjan, behind two meter high stone wall, is our 300 years old Istrian stone house fully renovated and equipped in 2017. Here you will find the peace and quiet that will rest your body and soul in absolute privacy of our home, your home now. Hidden from view, in the shade under 200 years old vine above the courtyard , you will experience real rural idyll of our home. Yard goes into the apartment consisting of kitchen, dining room/living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside staircase leads to the second apartment consisting of three floors. On the first floor are kitchen, dining room/living room, extra bathroom. Spiral staircase leads to the upper floors. On the second floor are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the top floor is a bedroom with its own private bathroom. On the top floor is also a roof terrace with hot spa tub and sea view. When furnishing the house we thought of all the needs that you might have so that nothing would be lacking. In the case of this happening to you we are at your service.
In house there is a loot amenities, free air conditions, SAT-TV with over 200 tv program, free High speed internet in whole house, washing machine, iron. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, deep freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, dishes.
Parking is available for free on the street right in front of the house. The street is quiet and safe.
There several restaurants with a traditional Mediterranean food serving and few shops just 100m around the house. Big supermarket is in Medulin, just 2km from the house.
Distance from Pula Airport is less than 10 min by car. From Liznjan to Pula is a bus line going every 1 hour.
During your stay in our little paradise you will have complete privacy. But only one call separates you from us and we would be glad to help if it was just an advice in choosing sightseeing, beaches or restaurants, or even socializing and grilling together. Consider us as your longtime friends of the Adriatic Sea.
