Our luxurious, privately owned, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pool home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the heart of the sunshine state!
Located at the prestigious Mediterranean style development of Tuscan Hills, our home places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10-15 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (SIX full size championship standard courses within ten minutes of our villa and over 20 more within a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday).
Just a couple of minutes drive from Tuscan Hills you will find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, gas station, Applebees family restaurant, IHOP, Quiznos Sub, a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart and a Publix supermarket, while onsite is a 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean style clubhouse which offers many facilities ranging from a stunning lounge area overlooking the palm garden to a fully equipped games room and gym, all available for you and your family to use at no extra charge. At the rear of the clubhouse are tennis and sand volley ball courts, and a play area for the younger children.
We offer FREE WiFi internet access for use with your own mobile devices or laptop computers. South facing Swimming Pool with spa (Heating available if required at additional cost) and covered Lanai. Games Room with pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and Electronic Dart Board.
