Our five-bedroom/four-bathroom house is only three miles from Walt Disney World, located in the Indian Ridge Oaks community of Kissimmee. Features include two master suites with king-size beds, all towels and linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, five cable TV (including 26" LCD widescreen), DVD player, VCRs, and a 30-foot, screen-enclosed, swimming pool (with gas pool heat available in winter). A whirlpool spa connects to the pool, and doubles as a kiddie pool.

We have 12 years experience owning and renting Kissimmee homes; these are our second set of homes. Having purchased our houses new before the Florida bubble, we don't have mortgage problems. Please ask about last minute discounts and extended stay discounts for stays of longer than 10 days.

Recently updated with tile floor in common areas, new carpeting in the bedrooms, new televisions and electronics, bedding, etc.

The keys are kept in a lockbox near the front door. We email your code to you about a week or so prior to your check in date. Our management company in Kissimmee, Florida Leisure, takes care of the house for us and is on call in case you have any issues. They consider you to be their guests.

House rules

Must be 21 or over to rent. No parties or other events permitted without prior permission.
A gas grill is provided for guest use. If you use the grill, please clean it before departure to avoid a $50 charge to your security deposit.
Extra cleaning, carpet stains, etc., will be charged against the security/damage deposit.
A start up supply of toilet paper and soap is provided but guests will need to get additional toilet paper and hand soap for use while at the house.

If Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
