Description

Six bedroom/five bathroom executive home! Minutes from Walt Disney World in the Cumbrian Lakes subdivision in Kissimmee! Exclusive Gated Subdivision! South-facing pool area is not overlooked!

Our house features three master suites (two with king beds, and a poolside bedroom with a queen bed), two more bedrooms with a king beds, and one bedrooms with 2 twin beds. Each of the master suites includes its own full bath; the house also has two other full bathrooms and a half bath. The main master upstairs includes the large bathroom suite from the pictures.

The house is completely furnished and tastefully decorated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, six smart televisions with multiple streaming subscriptions, all towels and linens, and a private screened-in pool and spa which overlook lakes and a conservation area. The house backs to the conservation area for greater privacy, and has views of the lakes and a fountain.

Cumbrian Lakes is a premier gated community not far from US 192 and Poinciana Blvd. Disney is only about 15 minutes away, although the setting for the house is amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Shopping and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive on US 192! Save money on your vacation; major grocery stores and a super Wal-Mart are only minutes away.

We are the owners, so there is no expensive middleman to go through. Please email or phone us for availability information and a brochure. We have 10 years experience renting Kissimmee area homes and these are our second set of homes. Please ask about last minute discounts and extended stay discounts for stays of longer than 10 days.

House rules

Must be 21 or over to rent. No parties or other events permitted.
A Pit Boss smoker/grill is provided for guest use. Wood pellets are provided, though more may be needed if you use the smoker extensively. If you use the smoker, please clean it before departure to avoid a $50 charge to your security deposit.
Costs for removal of excess trash, trash left in the house, extra cleaning beyond vacuuming and washing of towels and linens, etc., will be charged against the damage deposit.

Lots of room, good shopping area close by, but they do need to hire another cleaning crew, it’s nice but did need some cleaning.

If Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
