Description

The House is due to its excellent location in a well-kept apartment complex close to the Tejita Beach and last but not least through its exclusive facilities with landscaped gardens and two swimming pools in the system of top cottages. Need only about 300 meters long and fine sand beach and can exercise all kinds of sports offered by the Atlantic Ocean, active: surfing, kite-surfing, diving and much more. The pool area, which features a children's pool and adult pool, located right outside the apartment. You can in the evening you can download the evenings with a glass of wine just relax on the terrace while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. There are no annoying discos or night traffic, as the house protected and very quiet situated by the sea.

Downstairs there is a cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Adjacent with ceramic hob is the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room, which so the way the separate dining room is short. There is a small bathroom. From the living room you go to the terrace, which offers a breathtaking sea view and a beautiful view to the Montaña Roja (Red Mountain).

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Two bedrooms have sea views, so that you can enjoy from the view of the ocean from the bed - pure luxury!

The third bedroom has a private balcony, which offers stunning views over the rooftops and especially a view of the mountains and to the Teide - Spain's highest mountain.

You can be mild and snow warm températures how is of 20 - 30 degrees and can enjoy on the Teide Lake in the winter months.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bath on the upper floor.

On a clear day you can see the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. There is a washing machine that can take advantage of our complimentary.

“Super apartment ,in excellent location -ideal for quality relaxation”

Apartment has stunning views onto the sea and red mountain There are two balconies ( apartment is on two floors which is a bonus ). Very helpful owner, replies to queries very quickly All 3 bedrooms have sea views Main bedroom has a balcony, with sea view Ample room for 4-6 people Apartment is well stocked, with everything you should need Great beach and beach bar within 1 minute A few Local cafes and shops about 5 minutes wallk Bus stop to main resorts about 5/8 minutes walk, so car not essential

How do damage deposits work?
