Luxury two bedroomed apartment in probably the best location in Tenerife. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen has stone worktops and an automatic washing machine. The lounge has a big flat screen TV with all of the main different internationals channels , DVD player, Air conditioning, Magnificent sea views.
Dream location - considered to be the best located resort in the south of tenerife, beach front to the glorious beaches of playa las vistas and el camison. Only seconds away, (walking distance) of the 'golden mile' with its leisure and shopping centers including 'safari' and 'americas plaza' offering the most up to date shopping and dining experiences, the entertainment complex piramides de arona with flamenco shows and rock café inside , disco bar with live music, hard rock café and etc.
EXTRA Conditions:
The price does NOT INCLUDE final cleaning, which is 25 Euros per person. It is payable upon arrival or you could pay final cleaning fee through the platform of Holiday lettings. You will see these as part of your booking costs. In this case final cleaning fee is 100 euro per booking plus commission of Holiday Lettings.
Any booking over 7 days get a Linen and towel change once a week include in price.
Damage deposit 200 pounds or 250 EUR is required upon arrival to cover any possible damages, this will be refunded when the property has been inspected on your departure
Attention: Check-in time is from 15-00 to 21-00 pm, check-out time is from 9-00 to 11-00 am. Guests arriving or departing from 21:00 pm to 08:00 am may be charged an additional fee, which is specified additionally in each case and depends on the time of arrival / departure.
Cots, mattress for cots and baby bedding for cots being provided to guests upon request at an additional cost.

The kitchen has stone work surfaces along with an automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, mini grill/toaster,microwave, kettle and etc.

The lounge/dining room has a sofa bed. A dining table for 6 person. A Big flat screen TV with all of the main different internationals channels along with a number of film channels, radio, alarm clock and etc.

The Compostela Beach (recently refurbished) is an apartment complex of 8 blocks of 5 floors (5 lifts) and offers an excellent location in Playa de las Américas right on the beach of Las Vistas, next to the Mare Nostrum .Resort and the most representative Commercial Centres of the area .

“Great late family holiday”
We found the apartment a pictured with both bedrooms and bathroom suitable fir our requirements of 3persons. The kitchen had all required and living area was great to relax with air conditioning for further comfort. By far the best attribute to the apartment is the small but more than ample balcony with chairs and it’s fantastic views. Lovely holiday, fantastic weather and great accommodation. Will be returning at somepoint. Thanks.

“Nice Apartment”
Apartment [--] Compostela Beach. Two week stay lovely apartment great sea view. Had a nice stay here everything you need for a two week stay, only one gripe owner said he would get us two chaise longs but when arrived was just two plastic chairs that did recline but the definition of chaise longs in England is similar to a sunned so you can put ur feet up which we needed so was very disappointed. Also sofa bed in lounge very low for older people and not very comfortable could do with a proper sofa. Apart from that if these things would get changed would definitely go again.
