Description

House Balan with sharedswimming pool is located in middle of hill 500 metres from the historic centre of Trogir. It offers air-conditioned apartment, furnished balcony with beautiful views of the city, mountain and the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, living room with TV and satellite, fitness equipment, three comfortable rooms with bed linens, a bathroom with tub and shower, towels, washing machine and hairdryer.

Guests are entitled to use a portable grill.

Free Wi-Fi access.

The price does not includes tourist tax.

Free on-site parking is provided for motorcycles only, while for cars free public parking is possible 150 metres from the property and reservation is not possible.

The nearest grocery store and a restaurant are 300 metres away. A bus station is at a distance of 850 metres. Split Airport is located 6 km from the Apartment Balan.

“WOW,AMAZING,FANTASTIC! Highly recommended!”

Where to start with this spectacular apartment and one of a kind hosts... from the minute we arrived Anita and her husband went out of their way to help us out by collecting all 6 of us girls from the airport for no extra cost! On the way to apartment balan she was sharing all her knowledge of our location to the best bars/restaurants, easiest routes to get around, cheapest ways to travel, and even helped us to arrange an itinerary for all the things we wanted to fit in our 5 days in Croatia. She even organised our travel to the KrKa national park at a very good price! On to the apartment itself..wow.. it is everything you would want in a holiday apartment, clean, spacious, breathtaking views, has all the amenities you need plus some extra special touches like bbq, lilos and beach equipment which me made full use of. Apartment balan was our home from home and we miss being there already. Anita you made our holiday that extra special, your hospitality and bubbly personality is what helps to make your already amazing property a step up from the rest. You can be assured you will be seeing us again. Thank you so much for everything.

How do damage deposits work?
