Very rare product at the Saintes: House renovated in 2013 with a lot of taste.All modern comforts for this beautiful villa 50 metres from the beach. Very nice terrace 150 m² teak. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and dryers, modern lounge with internet and flat screen TV. All rooms are air-conditioned. Calm assured for a dream holiday in one of the most beautiful Bay of the world.

The Villa is ideally located in the village of Terre de Haut, 300 metres from the pier.

Nautical island near all shops and the activity.

Relaxing, diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing, mountain biking, typical restaurants: everything is nearby in this small paradise spared by the nuisance of cars prohibited on the island.

For large families or groups we have the same field of a small villa of 60 m² entirely renovated also with two air-conditioned bedrooms, lounge and corner kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
