Description
Our/your Villa is nestled amongst the Olive Groves of Andalusia Southern Spain. With views of the Mediterranean Sea to the south and the Sierra Nevada Mountains north, these views at 450 metres above sea level are awe inspiring.
Our south facing Patio, as you will see, has the best views in the area, perfect for sunbeds, al fresco dining, and the odd BBQ?
Privacy is also what we offer-except by satellite-nobody can see you!
The Villa is only 12 Years old, but combines the traditional Spanish building methods with modern day living requirements, double glazing,Satellite TV and of course free WIFI..
The Villa offers you all the facilities you would expect in your own home.
If your wish is to experience life in the true Spain, and maybe involve yourselves in the local culture including local Fiestas and Romerias you will be made most welcome.
8 minutes away is the Village of LOS ROMANES, a white washed Village undiscovered by most--with small " locally" priced shops, and excellent Restaurants-one in particular is called -"venta el charco" if you google search this you can have more of an idea of our area.
Our 8,000 litre PLUNGE POOL, complete with underwater seating and water spout gives you welcome relief from the heat in the hotter months,-- if you would also like access to a bigger Pool---
the community outside pool in the village is huge, and always kept in immaculate condition--open all summer. This is free to our guests.
Our villa is only 150 meters away but there is no direct line of sight so your privacy is secured.
Having lived here for 25 years-we are here 24 hours a day if you need us.
You truly need to visit this special place--you will never forget it--and you will return again-some of our regulars have returned for years and even have their own lockable cupboards with family photos ect to make them feel more at home.
We do hope you have liked what you have read and decide to come for a visit.

Absolutely no glasses in the Pool--plastic ones are provided, in case of breakages in the Pool a fee of 200 euros to drain, clean and fill the pool will be required.---Please understand the importance of this for obvious reasons.

“Total privacy for rest and relaxation in a spectacular setting”
This pretty, rustic, cosy, well presented cottage is located about a mile up the mountain from the village of Los Ramones, so a car is essential. Everything we needed for a self contained fortnight stay in winter was provided: lots of heating when we arrived but had to turn it off because the weather was fabulous throughout our stay. It really was one of the most well equipped holiday home we have stayed in. The garden was totally secure which was perfect for our dog and he loved playing with the owners dogs and lots of space to run. The owners live up the track from the cottage and Paul was so kind and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We loved staying here, it was so comfortable and met our need to rest and recuperate in a secluded in such a spectacular, natural environment. Highly recommended!

Response from the owner Thankyou for leaving a review, there were 6 sun loungers available for you in the shed-you diddnt ask where they were, or if any were indeed available. The "dog kennels" are used by hunters sporadically --about 2 weeks per year. However, we do regret this Holiday was not for you, maybe you should try the coast on your next visit to Spain.- English restaurants ect. “Perfect, relaxing retreat with amazing views and totally wheelchair accessible”
My husband and I have had a fabulous stay at villa verman. Paul and Gabrielle were on hand if we needed anything and equally respected our privacy. Paul was extremely helpful beforehand over email which meant we relaxed the second we got there. The villa is lovey. My husband is in a wheelchair and it was perfect for our needs. Totally accessibl with a wet room type shower, no steps anywhere and thoughtfully done. The views are lovely and we enjoyed whiling away many an hour having a beer and taking in the vista. The local village has everything you could want and there are bigger shops nearby too for a larger shop. The restaurant, venta el charco is superb. Great quality food and good service. We can't fault the villa and our stay. It's been perfect. Thanks Paul and Gabrielle

English translation of the review follows.------ We were surprised by the villa because it was a lot more than we expected, the facilities are of a high standard and we really felt at home. The Villa is so peacefull and the views incredible. We were only here for 8 days, but wished we had booked a longer period, the Pool was nearly completed and still looked good. We would highly recommend Villa Verman and will return. Owners note--The Pool is now completed and ready for Guests. Looking forward to meeting you.
