Welcome! Our 1 bedroom apt has beautiful outdoor space with herbs, fruit trees, exotic orchids & birds. Centrally located just a few minutes from Northern Caribbean University and the town centre. Wake up to the singing of tropical birds and slumber away to the fragrance of Trumpet flowers. Our home away from home family friendly apartment comes fully equipped with with all your essential needs including digital door lock coded to your phone #, WifI, USB ports, Netflix, smart tv's in living room and bedroom, iron & ironing board, digital safe, electric water heater with standby water tank and pumps. The weather in Mandeville is cool all year round so no need for air conditioning (air conditioning US$25/night). Fans are in the apartments. Wifi is on the entire property. Just bring your clothes and food, and you are good to go. You can also send us your grocery list and we'll do the shopping for you.

Lots of outdoor dining spaces, benches and hammock for relaxation. Continental breakfast is served under the lychee tree on the front lawn or in the back patio between 8.30-9.30 AM. Please let us know if you have any special needs.

Public transportation is easily accessible just outside our gate during peak hours and end of road off peak. Knutsford Express Coach Service (book online) goes across the island including airports, and buses are also nearby. Great for intimate weddings.

Local taxis are available at the gate during peak hours or at the end of the road off peak. We will be very happy to arrange a taxi for pick up at the gate or arrange one for you. We can also arrange car rental drop off at the apartment.

Response from the owner Dear Damon, We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and you were not happy with our check in process. All guests are required to complete our guest registration form along with a Valid identification preferably passports for ALL guests staying with you. First let me say that we DO NOT HAVE 4 ROOMS. Our 1 room and 2 apartments listed online have pictures and list of amenities for you to make your selection when you make your booking online which are quite clear. Each apartment and the deluxe room have separate listings online. Only our double deluxe room is listed online. The room with the king bed is not listed online. This means that you had booked our double deluxe room. Our guest registration form DOES NOT ask for our guests social security number, never will nor will we ever ask for it. Also, no guests are privy to other guests information. These are private and are never shared. We require all our guest to complete our form for security purposes and also to validate the information that you gave to us at the time of making your reservation This is to ensure that the guest arriving is the person booked for the assigned room and/or apartment. Thanks for the compliment for the pictures. We appreciate it very much. The Deluxe Double room pictures were taken by my teenage son, Dillon Lue Yen. Response from the owner It is with great regret we find that you were disappointed in your reservations being cancelled. We always accommodate all our guests to the maximum ensuring that they have an unforgettable stay. As a result of guests that no-show, we normally contact our guests one week prior to their arrival time to re-confirm. However, we tried to contact both you and Flipkey from as early as October 31 but got no response. Unfortunately, your contact phone number as well as your email address that was given were not working. In the event that we are fully booked, we make alternative arrangements with another guest house/B&B to ensure that our guests have accommodations. Again, we sincerely apologize for the miss communications and hope that you enjoyed your stay in Jamaica.
