Description
Terrazas de la Paz is a quiet complex on the Golf Del Sur in the South of Tenerife. The complex has two swimming pools, the larger is heated (Oct - April) and both have small pools for children. Each pool has plenty of sun loungers. At the entrance to the complex, there is a PADI dive centre, which offers diving and snorkeling trips, and they also offer excursion booking. Next to the dive shop is a water machine that enables you to refill bottles offering a saving on supermarket prices.
The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom, that is fully equipped for your needs on a self-catering holiday. The kitchen has a full-size oven and hob, a large fridge freezer, and a washing machine. One bedroom has twin beds one is single and the other a full double the room has air-con, the other room has a full double bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and a folding guest bed (suitable for a child only) and a travel cot are available if required. A safe is also provided free of charge for the safekeeping of money, valuables, and travel documents. We also have wifi for an additional cost payable direct to the owner. Please let us know at the time of booking.
There is a 32" flat-screen TV, the TV package now includes box-sets, catchup, and movies. There is also a selection of films and children's DVDs.
There is a large sunny balcony that has lovely sea and mountain views, it benefits from the morning sun and stays sunny most of the day. Sun loungers and a table and chairs are provided for use on the balcony. We can also supply beach towels for use by the pool.
The apartment is only 5 minutes from the San Blas Centre which has a variety of bars and restaurants.
Pricing is dependent on the number of guests:
If you stay for 2 weeks and would like your linen changing - we can arrange this for you. The cost is €60 and is payable locally. Just let us know at the time of booking

“Short break”
Enjoyed the apartment and its location . Good sized balcony but very windy for a few days . Handy for the bus stop .

“Atlantic view”
1st rate apartment ,well equipped kitchen, walk in shower,balcony gets sun nearly all day in depth of winter, was there for 11 weeks and have rebooted says it all really

“Well equiped”
Well equiped and cared for appartment. Close to all amenties . Peaceful location.Quieter choose than las americas. 15 minutes from airport. Coiuld do with a couple of bedroom lamps. Aside from that would certainly use again. Good / fast response from owner.

“Lovely Apartment”
Lovely modern apartment very close to San Blas which has a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The pools were nice and quiet at this time of year.

“Golf del Sur Apartment”
Just spent another excellent 2 weeks at this lovely apartment, recently refurbished and it has everything you could possibly need. Also any questions we had were answered very quickly and helpfully by the host. 2 pools that were quiet and almost felt some days like we had our own private pool. Excellent and we will def be back.

“Really nice apartment with lovely seaview”
Really nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. Only improvement could be wifi. However, the number of stairs to get in and out of complex were quite a problem, but everything else was fine.
