Description

This beautiful six bedroom home is located on Koh Chang's pristine and unspoiled East side in the exclusive Baan Thalay Thai residential development. Set between towering green rainforest covered mountains and the sea-side, this newly built and sparkling clean house features five king sized beds, two twin beds, two full kitchens, a massive dining room, two lounge areas, extensive pool deck space for socializing, a very inviting sky-blue swimming pool with shallow area for children, and an enormous garden set back behind privacy walls and flowering hedges. All three buildings feature very comfortable and tasteful furnishings, each with two full bathrooms with stall showers. The grounds are extremely private and professionally landscaped including outdoor furniture; there are many perfect little spots for reading, relaxing or just listening to nature. West Wind Villa provides a safe, natural and beautiful environment for kids to run around freely. The house has secure covered parking and the neighborhood has 24 hour security. Both kitchens are fully outfitted with a large refrigerator with freezer, a gas cook-top, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a full compliment of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. The house has a very high-end water filtration system, three big screen TVs and DVD players, and ceiling fans throughout as well as air-conditioners in each bedroom and living space. Walk across the street and out onto the beach where you can sunbathe and swim in complete solitude. You are welcome to paddle up and down the coast in our sea kayaks as well. We look forward to making your family holiday a memorable one. We are also happy to help with rental cars, boat trips and restaurant recommendations - some of the islands best restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

Please do not leave airconditioners on when out exploring the beach or the island. Electricity is outrageously expensive. Also, please do not move beds or other furniture without our assistance. The floors scratch very easily. Check-in time is at 3 PM - check out time is at 11 AM
