Description
This 1750 sqft sized Penthouse apartment is on the 2nd floor of the "Patatran" block of apartments in the quiet south of the Island. Superbly located with a commanding view on the Eden Island deep water Marina with all those Yachts coming and going. The dark green slopes of Mahe Island with its lush tropical forest vegetation dropping steeply into the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean forms a unique background.
It features 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 adults comfortably - in the master bedroom there is a king size double bed , an en-suite bathroom with separate shower / toilet cabinets The guest room is furnished with two single beds and an en suite bathroom. The open plan kitchen features a full compliment of Miele appliances (Washing machine, dishwasher, tumbler, oven, fridge/freezer)
The large inside living and dining area is complemented by a magnificent 75 sqft sized covered wrap around veranda generously fitted with two comfortable settees , three sun-beds, an outside dining table (for up to 8) with a Weber Barbeque gas grill.
The penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has a f DSTV Satellite TV subscription with flat screen 3 TV sets , free unlimited WIFI (ok for emails+WhatsApp but problematic for streaming) and a complimentary golf cart for you to move around the island.
A two seater sit on Kayak is available. Really all included - no taxes or hidden extras!!
Four private beaches are within walking distance and a swimming pool with a kids' section is just 60 yards away . The nearby clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym , an infinity pool and a flood lit tennis court. Eden Island is also home to a retail center and a wide range of seafront restaurants , a 5 star hotel (Eden Bleu) , boutiques, cafes, banks and bars.
Cleaning is once a week. Extra cleanings and Nanny services available at cost.
A welcome kit with basic necessities will make your settling in more convenient, especially if you come in late in the day!
