Completely renovated (Summer 2019) centrally located apartment with a fantastic view over Maspalomas and the ocean in the horizon. Newly renovated complex with lovely garden, two swimming pools and a tennis court.
The apartment is located on Avenida de Tirajana and contain a living room with dining table, Sofa and fully equipped Kitchen with induction hob and full size oven, coffee machines, kettle etc..
A Bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with AC, big double bed with wardrobe and a safe.
Free fast 300MB Fibre WiFi, Stereo with radio, CD and AUX connection so you can play music from your iPad or mobile. Samsung smart TV with 300 satellite channels ASTRA so mainly German but some English and French)
Shopping centre Cita just across the street, Yumbo 10 minutes walk and nearest supermarket... 10 meters

“Amazingly comfortable apartment.”
We have just returned from two fabulous weeks at a little more- Sören is a fantastic host and goes the extra mile to make your stay truly memorable the apartment has everything you could possibly need and more and we look forward to returning in the future. “Highly recommend”
The apartment was very clean & furnished to a high standard. The apartment is located near shops bars & restaurants and only a short walk from the beach. Soren the owner kept in touch from booking with all the information we needed for our stay and even got in touch once we had arrived to wish us a good holiday & to tell us to contact him if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Playa del Ingles
