Welcome to the Prestige Lux Apartment! We hope You will enjoy your stay in Zagreb.The apartment is a newly decorated, modern flat and it is ideal for shorter or longer stay in the city of Zagreb. If you have plans for such a stay, we offer you a comfortable accommodation in a two bedroom three star apartment. The apartment is situated in the western part called Vrbani in the vicinity of one of the major Zagreb streets - Zagreb Avenue.

Prestige Lux Apartment has 70 square meters, and it offers comfortable stay for 4-6 persons. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers a lots of daily lights. It is suitable for business people, families with children and young people. In front of the building there are lots of free parking spaces and there is a children's playground as well.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, large living room with a balcony entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and another separated toilet.

The living room is connected with the dinning room. There is a 4 people table, a double sofa bed (140x200), LCD TV with more than 30 channels. WiFi is included in the price of the rental.

In the apartment there are two double bedrooms (bed dimension 160x200 and 140x200).

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a kitchen stove with the oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, water cooker, toaster and all other utensils for preparing meals.

The bathroom has a sink, a specious bathtub, a water closet and a washing and dryer machine. The balcony has a coffee table.

The apartment is located at the west city entrance, close to the Antunovic hotel.

The location is near to the Jarun lake, where lots of cafe bars, restaurants and night clubs take place. Close to the apartment there are several shopping centers ( Point, Convention Center Antunovic, City Center One, Arena, Zagreb Fair, Konzum, Getro, Mercator, Metro... ) and also McDonalds. Apartment is situated in the west part of the city o Zagreb, in the vicinity of the one of the main Zagreb streets - Zagreb Avenue. If you are driving by car it is easy to find us. We are situated between the Antunovic Hotel and the Centre Vrbani – where you take the right turn into the Vrbani Quarter at the building of „Jadransko osiguranje˝ or „McDonalds˝.

If you are coming from the direction along Horvacanska Street, take the turn into Rudeska Street, or tram station after Jarun. The apartment is well connected with the city traffic. You can reach the main city square with a half hour ride on the tram No. 17. You can reach the main bus station directly by tram No.5. The apartment is only 10 minute walk away from Lake Jarun, or if you don't feel like walking you can take a tram for only one stop. The closest tram and bus station are just 200 m away.

The apartment is 25 min away from the airport by car.

WiFi is included in the price of the rental.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

All children are welcome. Baby cot on request. Charges be applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Pets are extra charged 10 EUR per day and pet.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.The balcony is suitable place to smoke.
