This is a historical fashioned building in the center of Budapest since 1884, which just had a full restoration with panorama elevator and original architectures. The house and the apartment both has an antique design mixed with modern style to reach the new ages needs. The apartment has a brand new renovation as well, with light therapy jakuzzi bath, high speed WIFI internet and TV with dozens of english channels. During the summer the flat always has a fine cool temperature byself, thanks to them wide old walls but AC fan is optional. One huge bedroom with king size bed, plus a smaller side room for 1 person. Smoking is allowed ONLY OUTSIDE on the courtyard balcony. The owner of the place use to work as a tour guide for years and he knows how to advise you the best wellness or thermal baths, museums and ancient places to see, eat the best food or have fun all around in the capital of Hungary. He is living 2 blocks away from the flat, so he is there to help your holiday trip or wishes. All of the famous places to visit are near by here at the central. If you choose us, you will feel like a winner. :)

The building is completely certified for disabled people. No steps through and the elevator can fit a wheelchair. If you would rent a bike no problem or you might need a ride,we have a nice decent car to take you anywhere.

For a flat rate we provide transfer from and to the airport. Please let us know in time if needed.

We have plenty parking places all the time around the house with a police security camera system.

House rules

- Avoid making noise after 10 pm and please be generally mindful of the presence of the neighbourhood as you move around the building and front of the door.
-Pay attention please and make sure to close all the windows, plus turn off all lights and the AC before leaving the flat. (AC is working extremly fast so don't worry about the heat when you get back home.)
-FORGET INSIDE SMOKING AT ALL TIMES, don't loose your keys and never bring animals into the flat or you will loose your deposit as well.

The area is in the centre of Budapest,actually my appartement was very quiet,so after a long day and night hang out I slept so well.Next day I wanted to see the historical Budapest, but I had only my map,so I called up the owner for help,and my luck- He came to heleped me out in a minute.He offered for me very good options.He would guide me all around with his arconditioned car,or He can come with me by walk if I want. So we calculate a grate deal out,and finally I choose both of them. He speaks fluent english and He has wery good sence of humor as well,so I had a great time..The appartement has own gym in the huge room so I worked out in the morning,after I used the jacussi.Actually I loved it.. was so relaxing. Couple blocks away is a good food store,so I bought healty food for myself..for lunch I went out..Lunch places is all around the Oktogon.The owner showed those places too.Hello Baby bar is just couple bloks away at the Oktogon,so I didn't need to use cab to get home.The Margaret Island also takes couple minutes for my early jogging.Excellent.The owner showed that too as well,and jogged with me for once when I prefered.So at last but not least I had a wonderful time in Budapest even if I was by myself. But I was not alone. I recommend to all travellers this beautiful place and appartement with this polite owner who was always there for me when I needed..I wish for a good holiday to everyone in Budapest...Best regards, Pamela Jones from Miami, FL.
