“Apartment at Senorio de Marbella”
I rented this 2 storey apartment for 6 nights for myself and my daughter. Prior to our holiday the owner was prompt in responding to my emails and during our stay, he checked to make sure we were happy with everything. We splashed out 75 euros for a taxi to get us from the airport to the complex which took around 40 minutes, however we used the local bus serice to go back which goes from Marbella town directly to the airport and only costs 8 euros. It's sensible to book this in advance from the ticket office or on-line as it gets busy. The apartment is at the back of the complex next to the road and there is a nightclub on the other side of the road, however there was absolutely no noise during the night, we were not disturbed at all. The apartment was clean, had a nice balcony where we ate breakfast every morning and we had everything we needed. We have stayed at Senorio many times and this isn't the biggest apartment but it would be more than adequate for 4 people and the cost was very reasonable considering it was peak season. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 45 minute stroll into Puerto Banus, which we did one evening. In the other direction and about the same distance is Marbella. We loved the little boutique shops in the old town. Senorio de Marbella is just stunning,the pools are clean, the gardens immaculate and the food in the restaurant had improved since our last visit. The atmosphere is chilled and everyone is friendly. We will be going again next year.
