Hello!
I wish to present you Villa "Tereza"!
Our modern mediterranean villa of 150sq m with a view of the sea and Brijuni islands is situated in a small fishing town Fažana, in Istria. An ideal place for family unforgetable vacation.
The unique feature of this house is a connection of modern and mediterranean interior decoration that gives warmness of living.
The villa is situated on a 1000 sq m lot with cultivated mediterranean plants.
Behind the house is a big barbique on wood, sink with dishes, and table with chairs for 8 so you can enjoy cooking and dining outside. Also, there is a big swing.
There is an outdoor shower, best for use after sea swim.
Chilling on a bamboo arbour in the evening is recommended. Villa got first prize in mediterranean horticulture contest!
Ground floor is special because living room, dinning room, kitchen and terrace are one large space where you and your friends can rest, watch TV, eat and prepare food communicating with each other in the same time. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing mashine, oven...)
The living room has large flat tv with sat and air condition.
On the ground floor is one sleeping room for 2 people and bathroom. Also, in the hall, there is toalet for all guests.
The other two rooms are located on the first floor - one room is for couple (2 people) , it has bathroom, terace, tv SAT and air condition and the second room has king size bed and additional sofa for two (altogether 4 people), also with tv SAT, air condition and it's own bathroom. It's assigned to 4 kids or adults.
Closest supermarket and other shops, post office, exchange office, bank, pharmacy are located 500 meters from the villa.
Bar and the restaurant with tradditionaly prepared food can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The beaches can be found all around the area, closest being 500 meters but within a walking distance.
Bikes are welcome and by bike one can reach a beach in a maximum of 5 minutes.

Modern and arty house, absolutly clean and lovely furnitured - very friendly and cool hosts. We and our 4 kids loooooovvvvvveeeee it! And Alex - we definitely come back!!!
