It's an ideal stay for tourists in Malate, Manila's nightlife district.

I am French, live at Baywatch Tower for more than 15 years and you may contact me anytime during your stay.

For those who have not yet had the chance of knowing Manila, I'd be happy to help you and lead you during your stay.

House rules:

To ensure that the apartment stays in good order and to avoid any misunderstandings, we have set some sensible and simple rules for all guests' compliance. Booking with us means that you have read and will abide with the following:

* Abide by the rules and regulations of the condominium community.

* You have neighbors. Refrain from unnecessary noise and activity that may disturb the peaceful environment.

*Responsible for keeping the unit clean and tidy. Do not vandalize and destroy our place. For lost/stolen/damaged unit property including soiled towels and bedding sets, will be charged accordingly.

* Dispose trash everyday if possible, especially with rubbish that expires and rots. The garbage disposal chute is located near the elevator.

* Smoking is allowed at the balcony only. Please use the ashtray provided.

* Please report any problems immediately, so we could promptly resolve it.

* Help us keep our condominium nice and positive.

*During your stay, cleaning of the room is exclusive from room rate. Request for cleaning is Php500.00/request. Should you need any, please call or txt me.
