Superb penthouse overlooking the sea and golf course in Amarilla Golf. This penthouse benefits from 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. large lounge with 2 sofas , flat screen TV, DVD, Radio and french door on to a large south facing terrace with built in barbeque overlooking the tropical gardens and pool dining table for 6 people. Terrace can be accessed from the lounge and the master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed, plenty of storage en suite bathroom and dressing room. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with room for a cot, plenty of wardrobes and en suite shower room..There is a large roof terrace with 5 sun loungers with stunning views of the mountains, the golf course and the sea and benefits from all day sunshine. The gated secure complex has large heated swimming pool with a pool bar and a life guard, separate children's section, children's play area ( children's club available during school holidays), pool table, table tennis and free WIFI . Parking is available outside apartment. There are several bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment in the complex, supermarket, hairdresser and car hire

“Modern apartment in a good clean complex”

Large 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views. Complex is in a quiet resort but just what we were looking for. Short walk to a few bars and restaurants. Complex is well maintained. The matresses and sofa could do with upgrading but apart from this everything was good.

“Great time at Fairways in Amarilla Golf”

We booked through Holiday Lettings and had good communications with the owner before we flew. We arrived and we had booked a hire car through the same company who are based at the resort. (However we paid much more than anyone else staying at the resort using the car hire firm)however admittedly we did receive a great service from them though collection and drop off at the airport. When we arrived at the apartment we were shocked at how it didn't look like it had been cleaned. Beds were made however there was a stale smell and a film of dust over everything inside and outside on the balcony. The balcony and bathroom was really grim and so was the sun terrace upstairs which we couldn't even use as it was so dirty, which was a shame however there's plenty of space around the resort to catch some rays. The resort is absolutely great for families, the pool was super and perfectly sized (even if the water chlorine was so strong we've all had to throw away our swimming costumes) The Island Bar and Fusion bars on site were welcoming and staff worked incredibly hard. Animation guy Oscar and lifeguards were also great hosts and were super friendly. Perfect, quiet location in amazing Tenerife. We'd possibly consider returning to the area, however unlikely to return to Fairways as its not as safe as you'd believe so be careful (we had our Go Pro camera taken from our sun bed around the pool) Our children loved the complex and really if the children are happy on a holiday that's all that matters.

Response from the owner Our apartment is cleaned by local cleaning company. This is the first time I had a complaint and will take it up with the relevant people. As for the chlorine in the swimming pool I will inform the managing agents and bring it to their attention. Security in the complex is excellent, but nobody can guard against opportunistic thieves. Common sense dictates you keep your valuables in the apartment where there is a safe. we had full booking for the whole year and NEVER HAD COMPLAINT RE CLEANLINESS iN FACT WE JUST REFURBISHED THE APARTMENT

“Brilliant and relaxing apartment in lovely setting”

Wonderful apartment in a quiet and immaculate complex. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, and had a very welcome arrival pack of water, wine and milk, very handy as we arrived at 8pm. The beds were comfortable, as were the settee's, something unusual in a holiday let. The kitchen had everything you could need, even cling film, toastie machine, food grater, bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soaps etc very handy if you are just there for a week to not have to buy these items. The roof terrace was a fabulous extra with 6 loungers, with cushions, lovely to have the extra space for topping up the tan. The apartment had all we could need : DVD player, books, radio/CD player, parasol for the balcony table & 6 chairs with cushions, drier, washing machine, all the extras that make it exceptional. The pool was the cleanest we had ever seen, cleaned daily, even using a road cleaner round the perimeter. There was free table tennis and free wifi in that area, wifi in the room was inexpensive (€10 for 3 days) . The pool bars were nice and the food was of a high quality and not expensive. The whole complex was very quiet throughout our stay, ideal for a relaxing holiday, plenty of sun-loungers and space round the pool. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and we are currently looking at booking for going back next year, we enjoyed ourselves so much.
