- Utilities Allowance for electricity and water consumption* (*complimentary RM10 per night for staying less than 6 nights),

Notes:

1. Property Manager sponsored electricity usage of RM10 per night (that's around 10-12 hours air-con usage) for guest stay less than 6 nights. Meter reading will be taken before check in and check out and any excess are payable by guest.

2. Guests are advised to take simple actions by turning off air-con, lights and electric appliances whenever not in use to limit the waste of energy and improve the environmental friendliness of their stay.

3. In the event of any damages or lost to the property and its inventories supplied, full compensation to the damages or lost is required. The deposits are return to guests via
- bank transfer within 7 working days after guests check out (final check out statement will be provided)

7. Early check-in or check-out (before or after normal office hours) will impose additional charges.
