Apartment Balan with shared swimming pool and furnished tarrace is located in middle of hill 500 metres from the historic centre of Trogir. It offers air-conditioned apartment, furnished balcony with beautiful views of the city, mountain and the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two rooms with bed linens, a bathroom with a shower, towels and hairdryer.

Large terrace with gazebo, couch, chairs and lounge chairs and a beautiful view of the entire city, the mountains and the sea.

Guests are entitled to use a portable grill.

Free Wi-Fi access.

The price does not includes tourist tax.

Free on-site parking is provided for motorcycles only, while for cars free public parking is possible 150 metres from the property and reservation is not possible.

How do damage deposits work?
