Located within a private community with a 9 hole golf course, this development is located at a short distance to Estepona town centre and the beach.The Stylish modern spacious second floor apartment providing WiFi /Broadband with lots of popular English and Spanish speaking TV channels for entertainment.This large and spacious apartment has been built to a very high standard with luxury finishing's, including marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen, travertine marble bathrooms with under-floor heating, air-conditioning etc located between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona, which are both only a few minutes away by car or Taxi. The apartment location consists of everything you possibly require for a great holiday. The apartment is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport.The apartment has beautiful sea and mountain views over looking the beautifully maintained La Resina Golf Course and Country Club, which is easily accessible few minutes walk away.The apartment also has spectacular views over looking the Sewlo Nature Safari Park which is highly recommended for a visit for an adventurous and enjoyable day out. The apartment is located in a beautiful complex with breathtaking scenery. It boasts three swimming pools( two large one infant) all surrounded by tropical gardens over looking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.The apartment also provides large under ground car parking space with storage, accessible by lift or stairs.The nearest beach, the classy Laguna Beach Village Resort Mall is only a few minutes drive away, there you are spoilt for choice i.e., restaurants, bars, Clothes and jewellery shops, hair salon, cafes Enjoy sea- view pools where you can relax and unwind in a chilled out atmosphere with breathtaking views looking out across the Mediterranean Sea, taking in the Rock Of Gibraltar and African views .The unspoiled historic Spanish town of Estepona provides charming character with its cobble stone streets old churches and architecture whilst also providing traditional Spanish restaurants and Tap'as wine bars. “Appartment was excellent, spacious and a large balcony”
The loction is within easy travel to Puerto Benus/Gibraltar, althogh byou do require a car as the nearest supermaret /is around 4k. The appartmenf is spacious with all you require for both long and short stays. The Estepona coast line is diverse with a variety of beaches although the closest was stonny for the first 3 mts when going into the water and lots of beach bars. There are a variety of restaraunts within 5-10k, including the marina area in Estepona whith chinese.Thi, Indian and local Spanish. Will be back to he area in the near future.

“Ideal escape”
Such a peaceful and relaxing stay the family and I enjoyed at La resina complex. Safari park , golf, club house with food and drinks served plus three swimming pools right on our door step made this ideal. The apartment was very huge and modern with a sun soaked balcony with views over the Mediterranean sea. Massive thanks to Mikael and his beautiful wife the manager who welcomed us on arrival lives only few doors away was at our disposal if ever in need. Highly recommended .

“Peace and tranquillity”
My wife and I along with my two eldest children had the pleasure of staying here in this beautiful resort. We had three private pools with outstanding scenery all around. The apartment was very judge and modern ,with a large balcony with clear sea views. It had a huge widescreen tv with English, and also other languages tv channels and free WiFi. All main beach resorts are only a few minutes drive away. We seriously could not fault our holiday and the management were constantly on standby if anything was needed. We have rebooked next summer we enjoy are stay that much.

Response from the owner Hi thanks for your kind review. Just to add to it there is the golf club house which has a bar selling alcohol and soft drinks and serves light snacks from 7am until 10pm . You must of not known about it .Also it is only a five minute walk from the apartment for future reference. Kind regards James

“La Resina Golf Resort Estepona”
Lovely spacious apartment. With lovely views down the valley to the sea. Really enjoyed my stay here with my 2 children (6 and 8). Lovely pools with views up into the hills. Very peaceful. Main down side is there is no where to eat within walking distance. But everywhere is easy to drive to.
