Located in the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills, this luxury townhome is just minutes from all of Orlando's key tourist attractions. Disney is just 10 minutes away and all of central Florida's attractions and shopping are close by.

Tuscan Hills features a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with an air conditioned gym, games room, tennis court, beach volleyball court and children's play area.

The home and pool are professionally managed and maintained ensuring your stay is worry-free.

The house rules are pretty simple. Please respect our home, future guests and our neighbors.

The villa is non-smoking. We love pets but do not allow them because some people are allergic. For safety reasons, glass is not allowed on the pool deck - we have separate dishes for use outside.

This is a quiet community so you need to be respectful of your neighbors by keeping the noise down and following all local laws.

This is a self-catering rental but we provide you all you need to get started.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
