Description
Fully furnished two-bedroom units in a semi-detached house are available for short-term and long-term rental in Muyenga (less than 10 minutes from Kampala city centre). Each unit has an open-concept living room and dining area, 2 bathrooms (en suite), a fully equipped marble countertop kitchen (with a fridge, gas/electric oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, standard crockery, cutlery, glassware, plates and cups), a washing machine and an iron. Laundry and maid services available on request. The house has a nice compound, lots of parking space and a large front porch with outdoor furniture. The price includes basic utilities and services (i.e. hot and cold water, electricity, cable TV, WiFi, daily house cleaning and 24-hour security. The property is close to many amenities and not too far from International Hospital Kampala, Kampala International University, Cavendish University, Ggaba beach and Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort on the shores of Lake Victoria.
