Located on Bend's westside, a short walk along the Deschutes to the Old Mill district and off the Cascade lakes road to Mt.Bachelor, this cozy, recently upgraded condo in Mount Bachelor Village is a convenient base for any recreation or vacation plans.

Features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new heatnglo natural gas fireplace. 60" Hd-TV with Bose theater system, Netflix, Bendbroadband cable & wifi in-house, Blue-ray as entertainment options. A large balcony includes: restaurant patio heater, gas grill, outdoor seating. Inside, upgraded floors and furnishings throughout.

Mt.Bachelors resort amenities include: pool, 2 hot tubs, wifi, river trail access etc..

Complementary Juniper Swim/Fit rec center, sno-park & Nw forest passes are all included.

These conveniences could all make relaxing and downtime as enjoyable as the many recreational options here in Central Oregon.

In-house recreation equipment for complementary use includes: Men's/Women's Cross-country skis (Salomon 7/bindings & NNN) Snowshoes (Atlas 10 series) Tennis rackets, Cabela fly fishing rod.

Cleaning expenses are included in our base rate and is managed locally to bring peace of mind to your stay.

Unfortunately, we were experiencing some record heat during your stay. I wish you would have called us to let us know. I would have happily brought fans and done whatever I could to make you comfortable. Per your suggestion, we have just installed a window A/C unit in the bedroom, so that future guests can have comfortable nights, even in the hottest summer days. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jeffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
