Dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec parking privé, charmant studio de standing entièrement équipé pour vous recevoir afin de passer un agréable séjour (cuisine équipée, SDB avec douche à l'italienne, téléviseur écran plat, WIFI,...).
Vous pourrez prendre vos repas en toute quiétude sur la terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin arboré (accès direct depuis le portillon de votre terrasse).
Magnifique plage de sable blanc (Anse Mabouya) à 100m accessible par un petit sentier.
La résidence est située sur la commune de SAINTE-LUCE, l'un des sites touristiques réputés du Sud de la MARTINIQUE (petit port de pêche où vous pourrez acheter du poisson frais, marché aux fruits et légumes, activités nautiques).
