This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit located on the 4rd floor of the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate is located on Playa Hermosa, just up the beach from Sandy Beach. The Marina Pinacate Resort has a large, beautiful swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing deck and a common area BBQ pit. The BBQ pit is perfect for grilling up the catch of the day or the fresh shrimp you just bought at the Malecon. The Resort also has the advantage over many others because you are within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. The resort also has a business and fitness center inside the lobby. This spectacular condo is furnished with a dedicated Wi-Fi internet and smart TVs with a Netflix account. The living room that has been furnished with comfortable leather couches to relax on, a futon that transforms into a full sized bed, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an electric fireplace for extra warmth in the winter or use it without the heat for ambiance the whole year through. The kitchen has exquisite granite counter tops and back splash. The appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The kitchen cupboards, pantry and drawers are fully stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen has a built in breakfast bar with beautiful and comfortable bar stools. The Master Bedroom has been furnished with a king size bed, dresser, flat screen smart TV, DVD player, and the most outstanding view of the Sea of Cortez around! The room also has a door that lead to the patio. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space, closet and a separate but adjoining room with the toilet and bathtub/shower . The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized wrought iron bed and closets. The 2nd bathroom has tub shower combo and a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and storage space. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy many nights of sunset views. The unit also has a washer, dryer, A/C and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will never want to leave after your stay in unit 404 of the Marina Pinacate.

My family and I loved staying there. The view was amazing! The kitchen had cookware, utensils and cups. There were restaurants, event booths, and little shops close by. The beach was just a short walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, loved being able to see the sun rise and set on the sea from the balcony. Great to have a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy leftovers later on. We'll be back for sure!

Peaceful right on the beach. We loved hearing the waves! Great restaurants right across the street. This condo had full kitchen with all the supplies for cooking, coffee, and bottles water.
