Our lane is the most prestigious in East Bowral, located on a ridge line, and commanding some long distance views of the gorgeous Southern Highland countryside.The private lane is well away from noise, allowing you an oasis of peace and tranquillity away from your busy life.
Very well presented and fitted out, this home is a joy to live in. An unusual open plan design wraps around the living room, and together with very high ceilings, you are surrounded by a spacious, appealing environment, free of clutter and very well appointed.
Three Queen beds, three singles and a fold out single sofa bed. Double lock up garage.
Come enjoy a quiet getaway in the Southern Highlands.
Note the demand is very high for this home on weekends.

House rules
No smoking and strictly no parties at all.
No noise or activity outside after 10pm.
No additional visitors here after 10pm.
Maximum 3 cars parked on property front. There's also a 2 car garage.
Absolutely no street parking in Norton lane. Neighbours WILL complain.
This is a residential area filled with families and retirees. Our home is suitable for couples, families and small corporate retreats, we often host professionals looking for a quiet getaway from the city, or mature folk attending weddings nearby, who agree not to bring the party back home!
Clean up after yourselves, especially kitchen.
You agree as a strict condition of the booking, you will lose the $300 security deposit for breach of the house rules relating to noise complaints, outside guests after 10pm, or parking violations. This may be from our caretaker, or neighbour reports.
Please don't give our neighbours cause for complaint, as this threatens our lovely bnb that's been enjoyed by numerous visitors seeking the tranquility of the Highlands. Thank you for being respectful and quiet here!
