Welcome! View Tower Home Stay is a Government registered (reg.no: 188/069/70) firm hosting foreign travelers to experience in-depth Nepalese culture through own eyes. Learning Nepalese culture living with Nepalese family in a village at the outskirts of Patan City is always rewarding for the foreign travelers.The house resembles Nepalese Temple architecture, has12 rooms was built complete in three years time period, and family started living since 2011 AD. We are just four family members. Our Building is earthquake resistance, supervised by civil and architect engineer, was under my direct supervision. I even utilized my knowledge of Architecture during construction phase. We have comfortable clean hotel like rooms, 2 water wells in premises and also clean surroundings. We offer you free foods three times (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) in room cost. There is also free WI: Fi facility. Our Villa is 4.5 Storey high with a View Tower at the top of the house that offers majestic views of whole Kathmandu. You eat various types of healthy fresh prepared local foods with Nepalese family, see how is it prepared, live in hotel like rooms and spend your vacations with comfort.

Our village is a small Nepal, the people are of mixed races and tribes, who are living peacefully harmoniously. People follow different occupations. Agriculture fields are also seen with different types of seasonal crops. People observe festivals almost each week. If you have luck, you can also attain and observe it through your own eyes. I am German/ English speaking TOUR / TREKKING guide, in-spite of being a Sociology Teacher, so would arrange weekly tours to nearby ethnic villages to see culture, life style, house architecture, jungles. You will see marriages in some auspicious months, can also volunteer for social works, and run social projects for the marginalized social groups. I even conduct hiking, trekking & city tours in nearby nature / heritage cities.

“Wonderful holiday with a friendly family”

The house is beautiful with its resemblanes to Newar architecture. Family members are very nice and helfpul. The food we ate were local products. The rooms are very nice, decorated and well ventilated. Village people are very friendly. We could see whole Kathmandu valley from the top of the view tower. Ravi also took us to hiking of the nearby attractive villages and we saw many things, different to our culture. I highly recommend to this holiday home, so that you can even go to cultural tours and trekkings. We would definately come back again to see more things with him in future.
