Ta' Happin Farmhouse is a 200-year old renovated farmhouse situated in the quiet village of Xaghra. The building in its early years was used as an animal driven mill. In fact the big arches of the milling room are a main feature of what is today the living room. In the past the first floor rooms were used as wheat and clover storage rooms. The plan of the farmhouse consists of a pool/bbq area as you enter. The pool is situated in front of a large living room which leads to the kitchen. A bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with an internal staircase leads up to the first floor to two other bedrooms with ensuite shower room and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi respectively. Most of the furniture is antique furniture which gives the farmhouse a rustic feeling that takes you back in time.The farmhouse is situated in Xaghra, in a quiet residential area of the village. Shop for daily needs is at 1 minute walking distance and restaurants/bars are situated at 10 minute walking distance from the farmhouse. The farmhouse is at 5 minutes car drive from Ramla Bay. Bus stop for Public Transport is at 1 minute walk.The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms. Farmhouse has a Private Pool, BBQ and BBQ area. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD player, and Free Wi-Fi. The farmhouse is equipped with Airconditioning units (pay by consumption).

“Charming Stone Farmhouse in a Great Location”
Location: Ta Happin is ideally situated off of a safe and quiet street in Xaghra. The nearest bus stop (serving both the Mgarr ferry terminal and Victoria) and a well-stocked supermarket are only a two-minute walk away. The center of Xaghra can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes by foot, and Ramla beach can be reached in about 30 minutes – via a nice walk past olive and citrus orchards with a commanding view of the bay. Since there are quite a few restaurants, pasticceria, and grocers within a tight radius around Xahra, Ta Happin is ideally situated for self-catering. House: The farmhouse is replete with charm and character. The living room and some of the bedrooms are particularly spacious. I’d guess even a family of 5 would be comfortable here for some time. There are even three balconies for hanging out and just relaxing in the Mediterranean sun. The kitchen is well-equipped (there’s no need to bring a corkscrew), and includes oven, gas range, and microwave. A few of the rooms are equipped with heaters – definitely needed in the cool offseason. Arron handled all arrangements perfectly, and communication was great too. I would highly recommend Ta Happin, and I hope to come back someday soon.

“Vacanza a Gozo”
Siamo stati molto bene a Tà Happin, eravamo 6 per due settimane. La casa è comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante, ci sono stoviglie sufficienti, biancheria, letti comodi e la pulizia era buona. E' una casa silenziosa in un contesto tranquillo, solo le campane della chiesa vicina suonano sempre con una melodia molto dolce che a noi è piaciuta tanto e scandiva le nostre giornate. E' stato necessario utilizzare l'aria condizionata per il gran caldo, inconveniente che è dato dal fatto che la casa è chiusa da muri alti, nel soggiorno però si sta bene per le mura molto spesse del locale. La piscina è stata utilissima per rinfrescarsi, fanno sempre la manutenzione e i controlli. Abbiamo avuto anche il cambio della biancheria settimanale. Aaron ci ha assistito in tutto, è molto cordiale e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Consigliamo l'uso dell'auto per esplorare l'isola che ha degli scorci molto belli e dei paesini caratteristici da visitare, il mare è limpido e con molto pesce. Grazie ad Aaron abbiamo anche mangiato bene nei ristoranti dell'isola.

“Beautiful house”
