This wonderful beach house has 3 Living Areas - The first area is a wonderful family living room that opens to the kitchen for great family entertaining. The second - an awesome entertainment space with a pool table, Xbox 360 Console (no games provided), a wet bar with refrigerator, a microwave oven and a HUGE 52 HDTV. This space is perfect for kids of all ages! Third is HUGE outdoor deck overlooking the large pool with a 6 man hot tub. You can't beat this marvelous Hilton Head home for rent to make the most of your beach getaway!!

The first floor also includes a dining room and a spacious King Master bedroom with its own large private bath. Off the game room and kitchen is the 'Great Bunk Cave' where there are 2 sets of bunks for the kids to pile in and have a blast! There is a 'family compound' upstairs with a King Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom with a shared bath. Then In a totally separate and private upstairs area there is another King Bedroom and full bath. This glorious vacation home on Hilton Head is enough room for the whole family, plus a few guests.

How do damage deposits work?
