Description
Our beautiful apartment is conveniently located on a quiet side street but very central, just a moments walk from the town square, ski lifts and lake.
With 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms it sleeps 6-8 people and is furnished in a modern style to a high standard. There are 3 large double beds (one of which can be separated into 2 singles) plus 2 additional single sofa beds. Free wifi is included. On the basement level is an allocated parking space and a locker room to store ski and sports equipment.
The apartment is cosy with underfloor heating throughout. If you feel like relaxing for the day we have a selection of DVDs and board games. For convenience we provide a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, toiletries and basic kitchen supplies.
The pretty town square is a few minutes walk away, along with local supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
The nearest ski lift is 3 mins walk away and takes you up the local mountain with ski runs suitable for all levels, plus restaurants and walks for non skiers. Your local ski pass includes the glacier at Kaprun (where you can ski almost all-year round) and neighbour resort Saalbach-Hinterglemm. There is an excellent ski-school nearby for all levels.
In the summer there are many activities nearby including watersports on the lake, golf, scenic walks and sight seeing options.
**Please note - during peak dates including February ski season, minimum booking applies with arrival/departure at the weekend.

“Great location, lovely appartment”
Very well situated for the lift and town. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Could do with some more pillows and surfaces (shelving), in the bedrooms.

“Highly recommend”
Top 3 was the prefect place to base ourselves for a week of skiing, the location is prefect, between the centre of town and the City Xpress gondola station, both just minutes walk away. The apartment is really comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. We had a toddler with us and found it very well suited for them too.

“Perfect in every aspect”
Just completed a week stay in Zell Am See, the appartment is in a perfect location not only for ease of skiing very easy walk to the City Xpress lift as well as ski bus stops but also for restaurants & bars within the town, on top of this a ski rental shop across the road making equipment rental very easy. Appartment beautifully designed and had everything we needed for a group of friends couldn't have asked for more from the appartment and a very resonable price, if i was to go back to Zell Am See i wouldn't stay anywhere else cannot stress enough how good the location is! Was probably the best conditions i have had for skiing but the resort itself is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the skiing is very good, i was skiing with a few complete beginners and the slopes offer so much for them but still plenty for the experienced skiiers. Although the plan was to cook dinner ourselves most nights we ate out due to the fact the food was so good and such a reasonable price even on the slopes, such a difference to what i was used to from skiing in France. An absolute must is to go see an ice hockey game if there is one while you are visiting (at the ice skating rink which you can see from the apartment) although i am sports mad i've never seen an ice hockey game and it was amazing! Even the girls enjoyed themselves, there is also a swimming pool next door to the ice skating rink so bring your trunks! There is honestly so much to do even if you aren't skiing (which unfortunatly one of our group couldn't) and he managed to keep himself busy most days! i would certainly recommend Zell Am See to anyone and recommend the apartment to.
