Description

We offer accomodation for 1 - 2 persons in our guestroom with a private bathroom (toilet, hot shower) as shown on the floorplan attached in the pictures.

Our unit is on 26th floor of a highrise tower (31 floors in total). It´s a corner-unit, 75 sqm 2-bdr apartment, consisting of dining/living/kitchen area, master bedroom + guestroom (each with private CR/hot showers ), storage/maid´s room and a balcony.

Location is Dansalan Gardens Condominiums, situated in a small sideroad of Boni Avenue, beween Boni-MRT station at EDSA (300m or 3 min walk) and the City Hall at the Mandaluyong Circle.

You will stay about 100 meters above ground level and enjoy from windows and balcony really stunning and unspoiled views (180°) over the skylines of Metro Manila!

The gated compound consists of 3 neighboring towers, with public spaces all greened around, 20 security guards on patrol + concierge / receptionist (both 24/7), large swimmingpool, basketball court, barbeque place and a gym.

Our guest room is equipped with window type aircon. There is fast Wifi in all rooms and a big screen LED-TV (60´´) in living area ( local + international cable channels).

Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances: gas/electric cooking stove / range with hood (connected to blow the cooking smell to the outside), automatic dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezing compartment, microwave, small and big toasters.

There are full new sets of cutlery / tableware / cooking utensils. Multiple small kitchen equipment like mixer, blender, electric fondue set etc. are stored in the cabinets.

You can make use of the hotwater washing machine and a separate dryer on top, which are placed in storage / maid´s room attached to the kitchen.

All listed appliances are recently bought and, of course, in perfect condition.

Cook your own meals or join your host when preparing dishes.

Dining table set is made from solid wood incl. 4 chairs.

The guestroom is sumptuously equipped with all new and luxury-quality bedlinnen and fluffy towels. There are doubleglassed isolation windows with integrated blinds to provide you a maximum protection from any outside impacts.

Numerous restaurants, fast food chains, coffee shops and entertainment places are most in walking distance or just a short tricycle-ride away.

Distances: to Makati - 1 km, to Ortigas - 1 km,

to The Fort/Bonifacio High Street - 2.5 km and

to Malate/Ermita - 5 km.

International / domestic airport is just a 15 min taxi ride away, depending on traffic / daytime.

All big shopping malls like Light Mall, Robinson´s Forum / Galleria, Megamall, Shangri La Mall, Powerplant Mall, Greenbelt and Glorietta are close, to Mall of Asia or Trinoma / North EDSA, it´s just a short ride on MRT train or along EDSA with bus.

You can make use of kitchen and living/dining area, washing machine with dryer, pool and gym. You have a bathroom with toilet/hot shower of your own.

All day and especially during sunset and in the evening hours, you can enjoy a cool breeze while relaxing on the balcony with stunning views around, stretching as far as from Manila Bay to Manila Laguna and beyond.

We are mostly not around and travelling ourselves.

But my gf´s younger sister, Miss Rowena, who is still studying at the nearby university, is living there in her own room and will assist and advice you in all your questions / needs.

It´s a good middle class neighborhood. Most people here are out for work during daytime.

There are no pets allowed in the premises, so you will not feel disturbed from barking dogs / noisy roosters - not like what you will find in many other places in the Philippines...

The public transport on MRT train and all major buslines along EDSA are easily accessible (3 min walk or only 20 Pesos with tricycles).

Jeepney lines operate 24 hours on Boni Avenue nearby, with connections to Malate / Divisoria / Qiapo / Shaw .

Taxis with correct meters and tricycles are on call 24 hours through the concierge.

Unlike many other areas in Metro Manila, this place is really centrally located, very convenient to everywhere but fortunately not yet touristic and for that, also safe.

You can walk around in the area all day and night.

But of course and in generally, normal precautions should also be taken here like everywhere - a little common sense goes a long way...!

Smokers must use balcony, inside unit is strictly nonsmoking policy !

Sorry - no pets allowed due to association rules.

Pls keep all as it is: good looking, shining and tidy !

Response from the owner Mr. Abdussalam! thanks a lot for leaving a false review about your stay at our place. It's extremely incomprehensible how you reviewed us. You were even granted an upgrade by the hosts due to the length of your stay. And while staying at our place, you always made nice remarks about our hospitality. You asked a lot of favors all throughout your stay -- which of course happily were provided as soon as we could. You enjoyed a special treatment from us just to ensure a comfy stay for you and your wife. But now, after reading this review, we feel horrified engaging people like you who are two-faced : very friendly outside but rotten and disgusting inside. All what we offer was clearly described in our advertisement. We wrote everything as detailed as possible to avoid any misunderstandings. So as hosts, we expect that the guest/s will read thoroughly all the information about our place before they book it. All what we can do is confirm the booking when no issues lie in between. Once you check-in, you must expect that you get at least what is described and for what you pay for. We delivered to you and your wife 100% and even more. But you can't demand on things which weren't even offered in our advertisement and then complain after for missing them. And you completely forget the numerous ''extras'' which you received during your stay. Another thing, if you're knowledge in English isn't good enough, then don't put the blame on us. You should have read our offer twice or even thrice. Guests have different expectations, so when you booked our place, it means you're satisfied with our offer. You have no rights to express critics which, as you know yourself, aren't fair judgements. For what? To try to influence other people with your false claims? Sorry Sir, let me talk frankly: You have chosen the place and you were provided with even more then you ordered and paid for. You should have at least shown decency and not act like uneducated. Backstabbing is never good and will remain an evil practice. We cannot recommend you to any other host.
