Description

This funky apartment overlooking the city has 3 proper bedrooms and a large living dining room.

Enjoy the superb view of the city, including the famous Petronas Twin Towers, from the living room and the master and second bedrooms. Wonderful at night-time with all the city lights on.

Perfect for families and groups, it is arranged over 1040sq.ft. (100sq.m), with 2 bathrooms with heated showers, big basins and dual-flush soft-close toilets.

Filtered drinking water means you don't need to waste time or effort buying bottled water. Everything you could possible need to cook with is here - gas stove, oven, blender, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and more.

But this is KL - you probably won't want to cook at home! It is considered a food lovers paradise. Endless restaurants, cafes, food-courts and hawker stalls are awaiting you. Delicious food from Malaysia, Asia and beyond. It's incredibly affordable too.

Cross the road (literally 3 minutes) to PWTC train station and take trains around town. Or hail a taxi and go pretty much anywhere within 10-15 minutes for under 10 Ringgit.

It's a very convenient location, with plenty of restaurants around (including some 24 hour restaurants) and a new shopping mall opening in March 2015 just across the road.

There are 3 train stations within walking distance: PWTC - 3 minutes walk (Star line) Chow Kit - 10 minutes walk (Monorail line) Putra - 10 minutes walk (Putra line) , Taxis are a convenient and affordable option. They are easy to hail and a typical 15 minute journey costs about RM10. Popular nearby places to visit include: Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), Bukit Bintang, Chinatown, Central Market, Little India, KL Sentral, Merdeka Square, National Museum, Publika Mall, Batu Caves, Butterfly Park, Bird Park.

The apartment was refreshingly quiet and well appointed in modern style and beautifully clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool after hot days in town and appreciated its proximity to the station, and the feeling of safety with the helpful men at the gate.
