Description
Totally refurbished for 2020. Brand new kitchen, great terrace chill areas, 6 new single beds, Marbella! Nice 3 bed penthouse apt, very spacious, furnished to a good standard. It is fully equipped with a full fitted kitchen. A large living/dining room. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The apt has a/c which acts as heating in the winter. Huge wrap round terrace balcony off the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Outside table and chairs west facing. There is an LED TV & blue-ray player + a docking station. Fully fitted kitchen.
The complex has probably the two biggest shared swimming pools in Puerto Banus both approximately 50 mts long. Both pools have children's end and lifeguards to watch for the children while you relax on the free sun-loungers. The complex also has nice, huge gardens and children's play area and tennis courts.
Puerto Banus is probably the best place in Costa Del Sol when it comes to sport and leisure activities. You can play golf in around 20 golf courses around Marbella. The closest golf course, Dama Da Noche golf, is few hundred meters away from the apartment. If you enjoy running, the Via Verde (green way) is over 6 kilometers long road in front of the beach. For someone that wants to run long distance there is a coastal runway for around 20 kilometers around Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro. The nearest gym is just 500 meters away from the apartment.
Puerto Banus is famous for its restaurants, cafes and nightlife. The Puerto Banus port has wide selection of restaurants and nightlife especially for more demanding taste.
There are two great beaches and beach front cafes and few ocean clubs where you can enjoy the sun and listen to music. The distance to the port and beach is only 1km so the apartment avoids the biggest buzz going on at the Puerto Banus centre. And yet, you will manage without a car.

*Super large terrace with west facing aspect, dining suite, seating area and a few sunbeds for private sunbathing. The terrace has electric parasols to protect from the sun if required. New chill out area.
*10 mins genuine walk into the port of Puerto Banus.

*Fully refurbished with brand new kitchen, new single beds x 6 (June 2020)
*Able to sleeps 7/8 due to the nice quality sofabed. (an added charge is charged for the additional 7th and 8th person).
Please note pools only open 1st May to 30th September

“Fantastic apartment and a great location, highly recommended”
Stayed at this apartment at the back end of May 2016. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. The pool is fantastic and great for kids. We were always able to get a sunbed with ease and since the pool is zero entry it meant our little boy could enjoy the shallow water. The gardens are also very pleasant and there is a play area that we made use of. We didn't use the tennis courts but they looked very nice. The apartment itself is well furnished and has everything you need. We ate out a lot but we also enjoyed some evenings in cooking and a couple of take sways. There are some great pizza and Indian delivery services nearby. Outside on the terrace there are sun loungers, a dining table and a lounge area. Its a huge area and you cant fail to catch the sun all day if you want to. However there are electric awnings that can be brought out if you want some shade. We used a car when we stayed but its not far from the shops or the centre so it would be easy to manage without one. There are some great walks nearby too. All in all I highly recommend this property, enjoy!
