All of this accommodation is surrounded by a gorgeously green garden with breezy Coconuts, Palms, Banana and Papaya trees nearby the turquoise ocean with views of fabulous sunsets and neighboring isles. If you're considering other houses/bungalows, be aware that most others do not have a kitchen or a sea-view, but this house has both!

The concrete construction home is clean, tidy, freshly painted, and furnished with many modern conveniences: TV with Cable including several English channels, plus DVD / CD Player (lots of DVD movies supplied), hot shower, Air Conditioning in two rooms, sea-view from the house and the covered patio/deck with 2 chairs & small table.

3 pots, 1 large pan, cookware, utensils, plus 4 sets of serving ware.
The house has room to sleep up to 4 people. 2 people on the 1 king-size bed (with a brand new mattress pad on top), plus room for a 3rd on the fold-out sofa-bed in the living room and a 4th person on the optional inflatable air mattress (I've slept on this myself and it is very comfortable!) -- arrangements should be made in advance for bookings of 3 or 4 people. There is also a wardrobe, makeup table, desk, and an covered patio/deck.
Tap water and WiFi Internet are included. Electricity is billed as per actual usage at 7 baht per Kw/hr = ~ 24 cents per Kw / hr. Typically, this works out to about $1 to about $2 USD (two US dollars) per day depending on your usage of the air conditioner, hot shower, and electric appliances. But in the hotter summer months, with both aircons set low and on for many hours, some people use as much as $5 USD per day.
